There are certain shipping policies that need to be read by customers; while ordering any product from our Printers Tech official Ecommerce website:

SHIPPING POLICY FOR Prime Areas

 

  •          The members of Printers Tech can opt for Free Same Day product delivery to selected metro areas across United States but they need to make sure that their address lies within eligible Zip code for free same day product delivery.

 

  •          Same-Day Delivery is available in the all cities and their surrounding metro areas

 

  •          Same-Day Delivery is available seven days for most of the year, with limited availability on certain holidays and high-volume shopping days including Black Friday and Prime Day. Same-Day delivery will not be available on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

 

  •          Please note that shipping address that is only open during business hours may not be eligible for Same-Day Delivery.

 

  •          If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, the shipping method time starts when the item ships. For example, it will take two business days after an item ships to reach you with Two-Day Shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

  •          When shipping to international destinations, order your gifts by the dates to ensure they arrive within next 7-10 business days.

 

  •          Ordering deadlines apply to items marked "In Stock." Please allow more time for items with longer availabilities. Shipping options apply to items shipped to physical addresses within the specified area and marked "Shipped from and sold by Printers Tech" or "Fulfilled by Printers Tech."

 

  •          When shipping to Africa, Asia and Pacific Islands, your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed. The cost to ship items from each product category varies by item, shipment and shipping option.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES

 

  •          Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery is available on products that have a "Want it delivered . . ." message that displays a delivery date and shipping option on the detail page. This date is the soonest we could deliver it to you if ordered within the time displayed.
  •          If your order meets the qualifications for Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery, we will refund the shipping costs if we miss our delivery promise.
  •          If the item you purchase is not eligible for Express shipping options, we also offer Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery via standard shipping or international shipping when applicable as long as the item is shipped by Printers Tech.

 

  •          Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You'll be notified at checkout if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.

 

  •          Some products require special packaging to make sure they arrive in good condition. Since special handling is required for these items, there is a shipping charge of $1.99 per item for non-Prime customers. Printers Tech Prime members are eligible for free shipping on these items.

 

Delivery Policy 

Delivery Policy, formulated by Printers Tech clearly states that the products available on the website are meant for sale and buyers need to comply with certain rules and regulations while ordering PCs, Laptops. printers, routers and software as per their requirement.

  •          A buyer must be at least 18 years of age.
  •          He/She needs to place order online using the debit /credit card for package to get delivered on time
  •          A buyer need to wait for 3-5 business days to get the product delivered within the territory of United States and 7-10 business days for all the international orders outside US
  •          The signed delivery confirmation needs to be given by customer at the time of delivery of product.
  •          A buyer cannot refuse the product at the time of delivery even if he/she is not willing to use the product as buyer has to accept the product delivery and then call customer support representative for  taking RMA in order to claim the refund. Once the RMA number is received, then the customer needs to mention RMA number on the box of the returned shipment so that our warehouse team can recognize and maintain the records accordingly for the billing team to process refund.
  •          In case of any kind of defect, a buyer needs to contact at the toll free number for placing request for replacement of product within 1-2 days from the date of product delivery.
